What services does ACTIVATE offer?

What should I expect during my Strategy Session?

Expect that you are welcome as you are, and that we are happy to meet you!  We’ll spend the hour discussing your health history and goals, working through an abbreviated training session, and creating a plan for sustainable success.

Please bring comfy clothes, a clean pair of indoor sneakers, a bottle of water, and a determination to pursue your best! 

Where are you located?

You’ll find us on the 2nd floor of the Musto Building in Four Corners.  We’re right above the dry cleaners.  There is plenty of free parking in the front and back lots and an elevator in the breezeway.

How are you working to keep clients healthy?

We ask that you sanitize your hands and change into clean, indoor sneakers when you enter the studio.

High-touch surfaces will continue to be sanitized after each session, and our HEPA filters will be running throughout the workday.

We will continue to follow the latest guidelines from the CDC. If cases go up or the guidelines change, we will adjust our policies accordingly.  If you test positive for COVID, you must follow the latest guidelines before returning to in-person sessions.

And as always, please stay home if you’re not feeling well. Virtual sessions will continue to be an option for your convenience.

What are your prices?

Our Customized Personal Training Programs start at $197 biweekly.  

How long is a session?

Each session is scheduled for one hour. Because clients are scheduled back-to-back, you can expect a few minutes of overlap with another session while you warm-up and cool-down.

What ages do you train?

Youth, Adult and Senior Populations are welcome.  It’s never too early or too late to enjoy the benefits of fitness!
